	A bustling coastal city and the capital of Costa Del Sol, Malaga is the second largest port in Spain and one of Spain's main commercial centres. One of the most interesting places to explore is the old historic quarter dating back nearly 800 years. The birthplace of Pablo Picasso, Malaga boasts miles of beautiful beaches, picturesque gardens and fantastic weather.

	Located off the coast of Portugal, Funchal is part of Madeira Island, known as “the floating garden.” Beautiful architecture has stood for centuries, the most beautiful of which may be the Romanesque-Gothic Cathedral of Funchal. Sailboats abound at the busy harbour. Cable cars take you on a picturesque trip up to Monte where you will first glimpse the twin-towered façade of the 18th century church, a landmark throughout the city.

	From the beach of Las Tereaitas to the highest point of El Bailadero to a visit to La Iglesia de Cristo, this island offers something for everyone. The rich landscape of the Orotava Valley, marked by dramatic viewpoints, make an excellent “must see” for guests wishing to take in the beautiful scenery of the island.

Do's and Don'ts

Here are a few 'do's and don'ts' for those new to cruising or new to Royal Caribbean

Take electrical adaptors with you - each cabin has 2 x US sockets plus 1 x European socket. You can always take a lightweight gang socket so that you can plug all those phone, iPad and camera battery chargers in!

Don't

Take a travel iron with you - they will not let you use it in the cabin

Take try to take alcohol on board - they will impound it for the duration of the cruise and only return it to you when you leave the ship
